This is the program I am following (simple Weight Watchers Program)
  • Writing down my food everyday and pointing it the best I can (mostly being aware of what is going in my mouth)
  • Eating 5 Fruits and Vegetables every single day
  • Drinking 8 glasses of water every day
  • Taking a multi vitiman every day
  • Exercising 20 minutes every day

This is my weight loss chart.  Notice I haven't put my weight down there.  Yeah - not too comfortable with sharing that right now.  But I will one day I promise.  For now you just get to see the lines of the progress.  Just so you know, every block is a pound and there are 150 which is my goal and there are 52 weeks there (I would like to do it in a year)
